Shipping Policy

At kwein, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Please note that some products are offered as pre-orders and will ship at a later date. Any shipping timelines provided on product pages, during checkout, or in communications are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, inventory availability, or other unforeseen factors. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that delays may occur.

Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Orders that include pre-order items will ship once all items in the order are ready, unless otherwise stated. If you would like in-stock items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock products.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

kwein is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, kwein is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
